The use of pricing strategies has been instrumental in segmenting the market and improving accessibility to health services.
- Four strategic pricing experiments were conducted that resulted in improved access and key insights.
- A 20% discount on telemedicine led to an immediate increase in consultations, evidencing high demand elasticity.
- Separating consultation and treatment fees increased the rate of service use by 15%.
